**Job Title:** Executive Assistant to CEO
**Location:** Raipur
**Reporting To:** Founder & CEO
**What You’ll Own**
**Calendar & Time Architecture**
- Manage and protect the CEO’s calendar across two cities, multiple time zones (investors, board), and a late night working rythm
- Ensure the weekly cadence (leadership reviews, board preps, 1:1s) is scheduled, prepped and never disrupted by lower-priority asks
- Triage all inbound meeting requests with judgement – not just logistics
- Block deep – work time proactively; push back on behalf of the CEO when needed
**Communications and Correspondence**
- Draft, filter, and manage email ID and Whatsapp correspondence at the CEO’s direction
- Write first drafts of follow-up notes, investor communications, and internal memos when directed
- Maintain clear log of pending replies and open threads
- Know the difference between a stakeholder who can wait and one who cannot
**Board and Investor Coordination**
- Coordinate logistics and materials for board meetings (Sixth Sense, Dabur, Unilever Ventures and others)
- Track action items from board meetings and follow up across functions
- Handle confidential investor documentation with absolute discretion
**Document and Project Tracking**
- Maintain a master tracker of CEO-level, open items: hiring decisions, legal reviews, partnerships, pending approvals
- Support prepration of documents, presentations, and briefing notes for key meetings
- Organise and version-control sensitive files (board-decks, legal agreements, role documents)
**Travel Logistics and Operations**
- Own all travel end-to-end: flights, hotels, ground transport, across Mumbai – Raipur and external travel
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, offsites, and partner meetings
- Manage vendor relationships, bookings, and reimbursement for the CEO’s Office
**People & Team Interface**
- Act as first point of contact for the leadership team when routing to the CEO
- Handle scheduling and follow-up coordination with Manoj (Raipur Ops) and Suramya (Mumbai Brand) with sensitivity to the dynamics between them
- Support onboarding logistics for new senior hires
**Non-Negotiables**
- 3–6 years of experience as an EA, Chief of Staff, or in a high-trust support role — ideally to a founder or senior executive in a fast-moving company
- Exceptional written English — you will draft investor notes, not just calendar invites
- Comfort with ambiguity and a working style that is iterative, not linear
- Absolute discretion — you will know things about board dynamics, investor relationships, partnership terms, and salary bands that stay with you
- Strong judgment about urgency, prioritisation, and when to interrupt vs. absorb
- Proactive, not reactive — you see what's coming before it arrives
**Traits That Will Make You Exceptional Here**
- You can handle a CEO who works in bursts, thinks out loud, and moves between strategic and operational without warning
- You don't need perfect briefs to take action — you read context, ask one good question, and move
- You are comfortable working across WhatsApp, email, Excel, Word, and PDFs — and switching between them fluidly
- You understand that "managing the calendar" actually means managing access to the CEO's attention — and you treat that seriously
- You can hold your own in a room of senior investors and don't get flustered by high-stakes environments
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
