**Job Summary:**

VsnapU is looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Executive Assistant to the Founder. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and operational support, act as a key point of coordination, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the founder’s schedule and priorities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
• Handle official communication, including emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the Founder
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and documents as required
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive company and leadership information
• Assist in planning meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely execution
• Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Founder

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

• Must be based in Raipur
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and coordination ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
