Job Description
We are a well-established hotel with 48 rooms, restaurant,bar and 4 banquets, catering to regular local guests and events. We are looking for a strong, disciplined, and cost-focused Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead complete kitchen operations (Restaurant + Banquet +Bar + Room Service)
• Maintain food quality, taste & presentation standards
• Control food cost within target %
• Manage inventory, wastage & vendor coordination
• Plan banquet menus and execute events smoothly
• Train & manage kitchen staff
• Ensure hygiene compliance as per FSSAI norms
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
