Key Responsibilities
1. Chapter Operations & Management: End-to-end management of the TiE Raipur office, including executing events, workshops (like "Candid Conversations"), and flagship programs (TiE University, TiE Women).

2. Financial & Account Oversight: Management of complete TiE Raipur accounts, including budgeting, vendor payments, invoicing, and ensuring the chapter remains financially healthy.

3. Member Engagement: Acting as the primary point of contact for all members to ensure high retention and value delivery.

4. Strategic Growth: Driving membership sales and sponsorships to expand the chapter’s footprint.

5. Stakeholder Liaison: Representing TiE Raipur in meetings with government bodies, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
