Chapter Zero is a child-focused learning initiative working on communication, confidence, and self-expression for children through interactive sessions, activities, and facilitation.

We are looking for facilitators who are comfortable in English, genuinely enjoy working with children, and believe communication is a life skill.

**Role Overview**

You will work closely with children aged 8–14 years through offline sessions focused on:

• Public speaking
• Communication skills
• Confidence building
• Group interaction and participation

This is not a traditional teaching role.
We are looking for calm, engaging facilitators who can create safe and encouraging spaces for children to express themselves.

The role would require approximately **3–5 hours of engagement per week.**

**What We’re Looking For**

• Strong spoken English
• Comfort working with children and teenagers
• Good communication and facilitation skills
• Warm, patient, and interactive personality
• Some exposure to teaching, workshops, counselling, training, theatre, psychology, public speaking, or child-focused work is preferred

**Nature of Work**

• Offline sessions in Raipur
• Flexible scheduling
• Session-based engagement
• Observation and training support provided initially
