Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Officer Executive based in Raipur. The Field Officer Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with distributors and retailers, overseeing product distribution, conducting market analysis, driving sales growth, and ensuring brand visibility in the market. The role also involves closely monitoring inventory levels, coordinating trade promotions, and gathering feedback to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. The candidate will liaise with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensure smooth field-level operations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in sales management, marketing strategies, and distribution channel management
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts effectively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Experience in the FMCG sector or related industries is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site and travel within assigned territories
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
