We are looking for an Finance Executive to join our team at at Msd Engineering. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for professional growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Financial Planning & Budgeting – Develop annual financial plans and budget forecasts. ✅ Pricing & Profitability Analysis – Assist in determining accurate pricing and profit margins for products/services. ✅ Cash Flow & Expense Management – Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring proper fund allocation. ✅ Financial Reporting & MIS – Prepare monthly P&L reports, balance sheets, and other financial statements. ✅ Cost Optimization & Profit Maximization – Identify areas for cost-cutting and profit improvement. ✅ Taxation & Compliance – Ensure GST filing, tax returns, and compliance with financial regulations. ✅ Coordination with Accountant & Management – Work closely with accountants and management for financial decision-making. ✅ Vendor & Client Payment Tracking – Ensure smooth handling of vendor payments, client invoicing, and reconciliation. ✅ Investment & Loan Management – Analyze opportunities for business investment, loan applications, and financial risks. ✅ Offer Designing for Sales & HR – ● Develop sales offers, such as combo offers, festival discounts, buy-one-get-one deals, and seasonal promotions. ● Plan salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards in collaboration with HR . 📌 Skills Required: 📊 Finance & Accounting Knowledge – Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control . 📈 Advanced Excel / Google Sheets – Expertise in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, query functions, and financial formulas. 📑 Tally / Accounting Software Proficiency – Hands-on experience in Tally, Books, 📢 Sales & Offer Designing Skills – Ability to analyze market trends and create competitive pricing & offers. 📝 Taxation & Compliance – Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial laws. 📌 Analytical Thinking – Ability to analyze financial data and create detailed reports. 🤝 Coordination with Sales & HR Teams – Work closely with sales for pricing & promotions and with HR for salary structuring. 🔍 Attention to Detail – Accuracy in financial reporting, number crunching, and offer designing. • It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
