We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in site supervision, project coordination, material monitoring, and day-to-day construction activities while learning practical execution processes on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site supervision and construction activities
• Monitor ongoing work and ensure execution as per project requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site workers
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Help in quantity checking and material monitoring
• Ensure work is carried out following safety and quality standards
• Support senior engineers in project execution and site management
• Visit different project areas as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of construction and site work
• Willingness to work on-site and learn practical execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred
• Hardworking and responsible attitude
