Role & Responsibilities
Research and identify prospective clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and other channels.
Generate qualified leads for recruitment and staffing services.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce company services.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to convert leads into opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.
Track and report lead generation activities and performance metrics.
Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to understand target industries and client requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
13 years of experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using LinkedIn, CRM software, and lead generation tools.
Excellent research and data management abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
Experience in the recruitment/staffing industry.
Knowledge of B2B sales and client acquisition processes.
Familiarity with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
