Job Description
HR Assistant & Front Desk Executive is responsible for supporting HR operations while managing front desk activities. This role involves handling employee onboarding, documentation, attendance records, visitor management, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth administrative and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Maintain the visitor register and entry records.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Direct visitors to the concerned department or person.
2. HR Support
• Assist HR in recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Support HR in offer letters, appointment letters, and employee files.
3. Joining Formalities
• Coordinate with new employees for joining documentation.
• Assist in biometric registration and system entry.
• Ensure all onboarding documents are properly collected and maintained.
4. Data Management
• Ensure proper record keeping and filing of HR documents.
5. Employee Coordination
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR requirements.
• Assist in internal communication and announcements.
• Support HR in employee engagement activities.
6. Exit Formalities
• Assist HR in exit procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with employees for clearance and exit records.
Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Ability to handle front office responsibilities
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
Qualification
• Graduate (BBA / B.Com / MBA HR preferred)
Experience
• 0–2 years experience in HR or front office roles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
