🚀 Frontend Engineer (React | 3.5+ Years of Experience)
As a Frontend Engineer, you will build intuitive, high-performance web interfaces using React for AI-driven healthcare products. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and ML teams to translate complex workflows into clean, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning frontend features end-to-end and care deeply about performance, usability, and code quality.
🧩 What You’ll Do
🎨 Frontend Development
- Build responsive, production-grade user interfaces using React
- Develop reusable, well-structured UI components and frontend architectures
- Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and accessibility
- Translate product requirements and designs into high-quality code
🔌 API & Integration
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with Backend and ML teams to surface AI-powered insights in the UI
- Handle data flows, state management, and error handling gracefully
⚙️ Collaboration & Ownership
- Own frontend features from design review to deployment
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Improve frontend tooling, testing, and developer experience
- Work closely with Product and Design teams to refine UX and usability
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 3.5+ years of experience as a Frontend or Software Engineer
- Have strong hands-on experience with React (required)
- Are proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understand frontend performance optimization and best practices
- Have experience integrating APIs and collaborating with backend teams
- Have worked in product-based companies or startups
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code
- Communicate clearly and take ownership of your work
