Job Title: Tech Lead (Python + React)
Location: Telibandha / VIP Chowk, Raipur
Salary: ₹35,000 to 40,000 per month (Depending on experience)
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead who has strong expertise in Python (backend development) and React (frontend development). The candidate will lead the development team, design scalable applications, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers in Python and React projects
Design and develop scalable web applications
Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python backend code
Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js
Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver features
Review team code and ensure coding standards and best practices
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Manage API development and integration
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Participate in architecture decisions and project planning
Required Skills
Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
Solid knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with REST APIs and Microservices
Good understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience with Git / GitHub / GitLab
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Experience Required
5 – 10 years in software development
2+ years experience in team leadership or Tech Lead role
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Knowledge of AI/ML integration with Python
Experience in scalable SaaS applications
