About this role We've built a complete job search system — resume frameworks, LinkedIn strategy, outreach templates, interview playbooks. What you'll do Take 4-5 client calls daily — walking each person through their job search step by step Record Loom walkthroughs on LinkedIn demonstrating exactly what to do and how to do it. Run daily WhatsApp check-ins to track progress and keep clients accountable Identify where clients are stuck and resolve it quickly with a clear next action Maintain structured updates and notes for each client on the system Flag patterns, drop-offs, and friction points to help us improve the overall process What you'll teach clients How to build and optimise a LinkedIn profile that attracts recruiters How to tailor resumes for ATS and pass initial screening How to run structured cold outreach to hiring managers and recruiters How to prepare for interviews and handle common objections How to follow up professionally and stay top of mind Who you are You've taught, trained, tutored, or mentored someone before — in any context, formal or informal You learn fast and can explain things clearly without being asked twice You're comfortable and confident being the expert in the room even when you're still learning You don't wait to be told what to do — you see a problem and solve it You have strong written and spoken English — clien
