General Manager - Civil

Project Oversight & Planning:
Lead and supervise multiple civil projects related to power plants from the head office, ensuring proper planning, scheduling, and execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while coordinating with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.

Monitoring, Coordination & Reporting:
Regularly review project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective measures. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and senior management by providing accurate progress reports, technical updates, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Quality, Safety & Site Supervision:
Ensure all projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Conduct site visits as and when required to inspect work progress, resolve on-ground issues, guide project teams, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
