Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager – Finance & Accounts with 15+ years of experience who will be responsible for managing the entire finance department including accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and team management. The candidate will work closely with management and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle complete accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
• Preparation and review of MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Handle statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit coordination.
• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Lead and supervise the accounts and finance team.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong experience in handling complete finance and accounts department.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
