General Manager

**Location:** Raipur
**Salary:** **₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month**

**Job Description:**

We are hiring a **General Manager** to lead the full operations of our outlet in Raipur.
The GM will oversee daily functioning, staff performance, guest satisfaction, and overall business growth.

**Responsibilities:**

• Manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead and supervise FOH & BOH teams.
• Maintain high service standards, hygiene, grooming, and guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Prepare staff schedules, conduct daily briefings, and ensure discipline.
• Drive sales, upselling, and promotional activities.
• Monitor stock levels, cost control, and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and maintenance teams for smooth functioning.

**Requirements:**

• **3–5 years** of experience as Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager/GM.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations & customer service.
• Well-groomed, confident, and able to manage a high-footfall outlet.
