We are looking for a result-driven General Manager – Fleet Operations to lead and control our own fleet operations with strong execution and accountability.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Control loading, unloading & transit performance

✔ Ensure on-time vehicle movement & maximum utilization

✔ Strong control on diesel, cost & operational leakages

✔ Drive daily target achievement

✔ Manage drivers & ground-level operations

Ideal Candidate:

✔ 5–10 years in fleet / transport operations

✔ Must have handled own fleet operations

✔ Strong in diesel control, route planning & driver management

✔ Leadership mindset with target-driven approach
