Job Responsibility :-
GM – Finance & Accounts :- Listed Company Experience Candidates Are Applicable For This post
• Overall ownership of finance, accounts, costing, treasury, and statutory compliance.
• Lead financial reporting, governance, and internal controls (IFC).
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and IND-AS (as applicable).
• Lead IPO financial readiness including restatement, audits, and data room management.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and bankers.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Provide MIS, financial analysis, and strategic insights to Board, Audit Committee, and senior management.
• Supervise finance, accounts, commercial, and treasury teams.
• Support management in strategic and long-term financial decision-making.
• Participating in the preparation of investor relations data and presentations.
• Reviewing quarterly results, balance sheets, and the annual report.
Skill & Requirement :-
• Education :- CA
• Experience :- min 7 year +
• Salary :- 1 L to 1.5 L
