*Job Responsibility :-***GM – Finance & Accounts :- Listed Company Experience Candidates Are Applicable For This post**Overall ownership of finance, accounts, costing, treasury, and statutory compliance.Lead financial reporting, governance, and internal controls (IFC).Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and IND-AS (as applicable).Lead IPO financial readiness including restatement, audits, and data room management.Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and bankers.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.Provide MIS, financial analysis, and strategic insights to Board, Audit Committee, and senior management.Supervise finance, accounts, commercial, and treasury teams.Support management in strategic and long-term financial decision-making.Participating in the preparation of investor relations data and quarterly results, balance sheets, and the annual report.*Skill & Requirement :-**Education :- CAExperience :- min 7 year +Salary :- 1 L to 1.5 LConatct Person :- HR sitesh VermaContact No. :- 7880002320
