**Job Description**
We are looking for a talented and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 1 year
of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be
skilled in Adobe Illustrator and other design applications, and capable of producing
visually appealing content aligned with Bbag’s brand identity.
**Key Responsibilities**
● Create engaging and innovative designs for social media, digital ads, and
marketing materials.
● Design packaging, product labels, and in\-store branding assets.
● Develop creatives for website banners, emailers, and promotional campaigns.
● Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project
requirements.
● Ensure all creatives are consistent with brand guidelines.
● Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
● Edit and refine designs based on feedback.
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
● Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (must).
● Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or other relevant design tools.
● Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
● Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into impactful visuals.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
**Preferred Skills**
● Experience in product packaging design.
● Knowledge of basic video editing is a plus.
● Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
