Key Responsibilities
• Leverage AI tools and traditional design skills to conceptualize and execute innovative visuals.
• Design high-end packaging, labels, and product collaterals that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Create visually compelling assets for social media, website, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Develop campaign creatives aligned with seasonal launches and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and maintain the integrity of brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and deliver luxury campaigns.
• Design retail POS materials, brochures, event creatives, and other experiential touchpoints.
• Oversee visual quality, ensuring premium execution across both print and digital formats.
• Maintain, refine, and evolve the brand’s visual identity guidelines.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium branding, packaging, and campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color psychology in luxury branding.
• Hands-on experience in print production and packaging design.
• Exceptional attention to detail, refined aesthetic sensibility, and commitment to design excellence.
