Head Accountant

Job description:

We are hiring for Head of Accounts position at our Head Office based at MG Road, Raipur

Immediate joining preferred. We are looking for candidates who are based in Raipur only with Minimum 7 - 10 years of working experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing of Monthly Working Capital report& MIS Statement.

2. Daily Bank reconciliation.

3. Daily reconciling Cash Credit A/c, Term Loan and Inventory funding account's commitments.

4. Monthly Inventory Stock Statement to Bank on every 10th Day.

5. Monthly branch reconciliation. ( Multiple branch accounting)

6. Processing of salary sheet including EPF and ESIC (While taking benefits of PMRPY & PMPRPY)provisions making online payment of the Same(Under provision of employee part @12 percent (Provision under accounts) and employer PF part @3.67 percent with pension scheme @ 8.33 percent (Expenses under Accounts)

7. Computation of TDS report (monthly) along with making of Online Payment inclusive of interest payment calculation ( if any)

8. TDS Return Filing for every Quarters.

9. Issuing of Form No-16 & Form No-16A to Salaries & Non Salaries Persons, Company of HUF on every Quarters of Filing Returns.

10. All payment related work to any party relating to cash or bank.

11. Scrutinizing Sundry debtors and creditors on daily basis while maintaining ageing summary in tally Module configuration.

12. Maintaining multiple stock godowns in tally erp9 and transferring of goods from branch to branch location wise w
