This growth phase creates an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to lead and scale our medical referral ecosystem.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head Medical Relations & Business Development. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, managing referral networks, and driving patient inflow across specialties.

You will work closely with the Founder & Managing Director and play a key role in the hospital’s expansion strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

# Build and manage a strong doctor referral network across Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and nearby cities (Bilaspur, Bhilai, Korba)

# Develop and execute KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement strategies

# Plan and organize CMEs, doctor meets, and medical events

# Establish partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers

# Lead and scale a Medical Liaison / field team

# Track referral performance, conversion rates, and coverage metrics

# Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies

# Support new specialty department launches with targeted engagement.

**Education:-** B.Pharma / MBA (Marketing or Healthcare preferred)

**Background:-** Pharma Regional Manager / Zonal Manager (preferred)

**Experience: -** Minimum 8+ years in medical/pharma business development

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
