Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations for robotic manufacturing lines
• Drive automation excellence across robotics, PLCs, and smart manufacturing systems
• Manage hot forming and precision fastening production processes
• Improve OEE, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Lead cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality, and automation

Ideal Candidate

• 12–20 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong background in:
• Robotics & Automation
• Hot Forming
• Fastening / Clips Manufacturing
• Automotive Component Industry
• Proven experience in plant leadership and operational excellence
