Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Officer at our Raipur location. The Health Officer will be responsible for managing occupational and community health programs, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, and implementing best practices in health and safety protocols for diverse environments. This role involves conducting health assessments, providing preventive measures, promoting wellness initiatives, collaborating with teams to address health risks, and creating effective communication strategies to educate stakeholders.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Occupational Health and Community Health practicesStrong knowledge and application of Workplace Safety and Construction Safety standardsExcellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and engaging stakeholdersAbility to design and implement health and safety programs tailored to diverse environmentsBachelor’s or higher degree in Public Health, Occupational Health, or a related fieldCertifications in workplace safety, occupational health, or equivalent are a plusExperience working with trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, or community-centered approaches is an advantage
