Backed by American Laser Eye Hospitals, we’re on a mission to detect and manage conditions like myopia, computer vision syndrome, and diabetic retinopathy early using cutting-edge technology and smart screenings.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly energetic, target-driven Sales Executive with experience in on-field health/diagnostic/corporate wellness sales, who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term partnerships with schools, gated communities, and is a performance-focused role with high growth potential. Key Responsibilities:• Identify, target, and onboard schools, corporates, residential communities, and educational institutions for Eyefit screening programs and health partnerships• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline via cold visits, field marketing, and relationship building• Deliver persuasive pitches and demos to school principals, CSR heads, and HR teams of companies• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and partnership targets• Work closely with the operations and clinical teams to ensure seamless execution of screenings post-signup• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, meetings, closures, and follow-ups• Actively participate in health camps, exhibitions, and awareness events as needed Who We’re Looking For:• 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or EdTech• Solid communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred)• Self-motivated and driven by targets – must be able to work independently• Ability to build trust quickly with school management and corporate decision-makers• Comfort with basic reporting tools (Google Sheets, CRM tools) Wha
