Healthcare Specialist

Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will provide on-site medical support and health guidance to employees at the Raipur facility in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include assessing and responding to minor injuries or health issues, coordinating emergency care when needed, and maintaining accurate medical and incident records. The role involves conducting health checks, supporting workplace wellness initiatives, and advising on occupational health and safety practices. The Healthcare Specialist will collaborate with supervisors and management to promote a safe working environment, deliver basic health education or training sessions, and ensure compliance with relevant health regulations and company policies. This position requires a hands-on presence on the shop floor and in clinic or first-aid areas to support staff throughout their shifts.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Medicine and Healthcare, with experience in clinical assessment, basic treatment, and patient care.EMT or similar emergency medical training, with the ability to respond to urgent situations and provide first-line care.Effective Communication skills for interacting with employees, supervisors, and external medical providers.Experience in Training, including delivering basic health, safety, or first-aid sessions to staff.Relevant diploma or degree in nursing, paramedicine, allied health, or a related healthcare field.Knowledge of occupational health, workplace safety, and incident documen
