Proficient skills in EMT and general medical careStrong Communication skills to convey medical information clearly and effectivelyFoundational knowledge in Medicine and Healthcare practicesExperience in leading or conducting Training in healthcare or first aidAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsRelevant certifications or degrees in healthcare or related fieldsFamiliarity with workplace health and safety standards is a plus
