Home Loans Training Manager@ Raipur

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement training programs for:

Home loan sales teams

Credit and underwriting teams

Operations and customer service staff

Conduct onboarding and refresher training for employees.

Train teams on

Home loan products

Mortgage processes

Regulatory and compliance requirements

Customer engagement and sales skills

Develop training materials, SOPs, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.

Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and performance metrics.

Coordinate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs.

Ensure adherence to banking policies, RBI guidelines, and internal compliance standards.

Support process improvement and quality initiatives.

Monitor employee performance and recommend coaching plans.

Maintain training records and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any specialization
MBA preferred.
2 to 7 years of experience in home loans/mortgage banking.
Prior experience in training, coaching, or L&D preferred.
