Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role for a Hospital Administration Intern located at Suyas Hospital in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The intern will be actively involved in managing daily hospital operations, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of various departments. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with staff coordination, observing workflow management strategies, and interacting with patients to provide quality customer service and solve issues efficiently. The intern will also gain exposure to best practices in hospital management and support efforts to maintain a high standard of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications
• Understanding of Hospital Operations and Hospital Management
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
• Basic knowledge of Medicine and healthcare industry insights
• Strong organizational skills and a keen ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, or related field
• Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and best practices
