About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientated HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, employee documentation, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases.
• Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and employee data.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Prepare HR letters, notices, and employee communications.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS records.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and leave.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
