Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, employee engagement activities, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee documentation
• Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
