**Job Responsibilities:**

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Post job openings on different hiring platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

**Preferred:**

• Experience in educational recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
