HR Intern (Raipur)

**About the Role:**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, and HR generalist activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and maintain interview records
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain employee databases and attendance records
• Assist in HR operations, engagement activities, and internal coordination
• Help in drafting HR-related communications and reports

**Eligibility Criteria:**

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

**We are also accepting applicants from Human Resources Trainee, HR Executive Intern, HR Operations Intern, Talent Acquisition Intern.**

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
