**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and proactive **HR Manager** to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource management within our fast-growing social networking platform company. The HR Manager will be responsible for **talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture building**, ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
This role is critical in shaping a positive workplace environment while aligning HR practices with the company’s goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- **Employee Engagement & Relations**
- Build programs to promote employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
- **Performance Management & Development**
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for employees.
- **Policy & Compliance**
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- **Culture & Organizational Development**
- Champion company culture, values, and team collaboration.
- Support leadership in organizational design and change management.
- **Compensation & Benefits**
- Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration.
- Benchmark compensation against industry standards for competitiveness.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- **2+ years of proven experience** as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
- Experience in **IT/Software or startup environment**.
- Knowledge of **HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc.)**.
- Exposure to **talent branding and employer branding strategies**.
- Strong knowledge of **HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance**.
- Experience in **recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management**.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
