Key Responsibilities

Handle HR MIS, dashboards, and operational reporting

Drive digitalization and process automation initiatives

Support operations through data analysis and performance tracking

Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams

Ensure reporting accuracy and process compliance

Skills Required

Strong MIS & analytical skills

Advanced Excel & reporting expertise

ERP/HRMS exposure preferred

Good stakeholder management skills

Preferred: Candidates from hospital/healthcare industry only

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
