About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our AI School team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for academic, sales, marketing, operations, and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Handle job postings and employer branding activities.Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).Good understanding of hiring platforms and sourcing strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.Experience in EdTech or startup hiring is a plus.Skills Required
