Human Resources Assistant

Indo Chains is currently hiring for the position of Assistant HR.

We are seeking a competent HR professional to join our team in Raipur, with relevant experience in the Steel, Power, or Sponge Iron industries.

Position: Assistant HR
Location: Raipur
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Key Requirement:
Prior experience in the Steel, Power, or Sponge Iron sectors is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing attendance and supporting payroll processes, including Salary, Bonus, PF, ESIC, and challan preparationMaintaining employee records and personal filesHandling joining formalities and documentationDrafting HR-related letters such as appointment, warning, and service lettersConducting employee induction programsEnsuring proper maintenance of HR records and compliance processes
Additional Skills:
Strong English communication skills, proactive approach, and a high level of responsibility
