HR Professional (2+ Years Experience)

Anant Group of Industries (AGI), a leading company in the Coal & Fly Ash transportation industry and DEF distribution, is looking for an experienced HR Professional to join our dynamic team.

•Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews

• Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and employee development

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Implementing HR strategies to drive organizational growth and enhance workplace culture

• Supporting employee onboarding, training, and retention efforts

•Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in transportation or distribution sectors

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

•Skills:

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies

• Knowledge of employee benefits administration

• Personnel Management skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams

• Experience in the industrial sector is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
