Key Responsibilities:

· Translate Data into Strategy: Analyze primary and secondary research findings to create comprehensive reports that dictate the direction of all PR and communication work.

· Measure What Matters: Study the real-world impact of our communication strategies using a mixed-methodology approach, combining online/offline surveys, social listening, and advanced analytics tools.

· Guide the Creative: Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to improve the performance, reach, and resonance of our social media campaigns and public engagement activities.

· Field Verification: Comfortably engage in on-ground field work to verify impact and gather direct community feedback on campaign effectiveness.
