Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact customers whose motor insurance policies are up for renewal, handle customer inquiries, offer relevant policy upgrades or add-ons, and ensure the timely renewal of policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to motor insurance customers whose policies are due for renewal.
Renewal Process:
Explain renewal details, benefits, and any changes in policy terms or pricing. Guide customers through the renewal process.
Upselling & Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products or services (e.g., coverage upgrades, add-ons).
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy details, renewal options, and any related concerns. Address and resolve objections to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow-up Calls:
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls for customers who need more time to decide on their renewal.
Data Management:
Accurately update customer information and call outcomes in the EXCEL/CRM system after every interaction.
Compliance:
Adhere to the company's policies, scripts, and regulations when communicating with customers to ensure full compliance with legal standards and data protection guidelines.
Daily Reporting:
Provide daily reports on the number of calls made, renewals completed, and any issues or feedback received to the team leader
