Insurance Head
Job Summary : The Insurance Head will be responsible for managing the dealerships insurance operations, including recent vehicle insurance, renewals, claims processing, and coordination with insurance companies. The role requires strong experience in general insurance, team management, and dealership operations to ensure smooth insurance processes and maximize revenue from insurance business.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage insurance sales for new and used vehicles through the dealership.
2) Coordinate with sales teams to ensure 100% insurance coverage for vehicle deliveries.
3) Maintain strong relationships with multiple insurance companies and brokers.
4) Handle issuance of insurance policies for new vehicle deliveries.
5) Monitor insurance renewal data and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
6) Oversee insurance claim processes including documentation and approvals.
7) Ensure faster claim settlement and customer satisfaction.
8) Lead and supervise the insurance team / executives.

10) Ensure excellent customer service and retention.
Required Qualifications
Graduate / MBA preferred (Insurance / Finance / Marketing).
Experience Required
1) 810 years of experience in automobile dealership insurance or general insurance industry.
2) Experience handling motor insurance, claims, and renewals.
3) Prior experience in team leadership roles preferred.
