Select one area of your specialty (either out of interest or if you are already a qualified specialist) for a minimum of 1 year.Volunteer for clinical services and various projects. Volunteers will be paid only after successfully completing 3 months.Nursing staff can join for training and full-time jobs for a minimum of 1 year.Other technical staff (lab techs, attendants, field workers) have the same commitment period.
