We are a technology firm delivering a robust, enterprise-grade cloud SaaS platform that helps distribution businesses modernize their operations across sales, inventory, purchasing, and financial management.
As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking a results-driven International Sales Executive to support our growth across the U.S. market, specifically within the distribution and office supplies sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive outbound and inbound lead generation for the U.S. market
• Conduct professional product demonstrations with decision-makers
• Identify client needs and position our SaaS platform strategically
• Manage pipeline effectively using CRM tools
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Negotiate commercial terms and close subscription contracts
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Candidate Profile
✔ 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software sales
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Excellent verbal and written English (U.S. business communication)
✔ Strong presentation, consultative selling & negotiation skills
✔ Highly disciplined, ethical, and performance-oriented
✔ Comfortable engaging with U.S.-based clients and time zones
Compensation & Growth
• Fixed Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA (based on experience)
• 7–10% commission on first-year contract value
• 1–2% recurring commission on renewals
• Performance-based quarterly incentives
• Uncapped earning potential
This role offers direct exposure to international clients and a defined growth path toward Senior Sales Executive / U.S. Account Manager roles.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
