Job Overview
Fixing Dots is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires consistent field activity with a minimum of 3 client meetings per day (mandatory) to ensure strong market presence and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
●Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
●Schedule and conduct at least 3 client meetings daily to present Fixing Dots’
solutions.
●Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
●Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups.
2. Sales Execution
●Present and explain products/services to clients with clarity and professionalism.
●Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
●Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.
●Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
3. Client Relationship Management
●Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
