Job Overview‬

‭ Fixing Dots is seeking a dynamic and result-driven‬‭ Sales Executive‬‭ to join our growing team.‬

‭ The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client‬ relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires consistent field activity with‬‭ a‬ minimum of 3 client meetings per day (mandatory)‬‭ to‬‭ ensure strong market presence and‬ lead conversion.‬

‭ Key Responsibilities‬

‭ 1. Business Development‬

●Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.‬

●Schedule and conduct‬‭ at least 3 client meetings daily‬‭ to present Fixing Dots’

‭ solutions.‬

●Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.‬

●Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups.‬

2. Sales Execution‬

●Present and explain products/services to clients with clarity and professionalism.‬

●Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.‬

●Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.‬

●Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.‬

‭3. Client Relationship Management‬

●Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.‬

●Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.‬

●Collect feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.‬

‭

‭4. Reporting & Coordination‬

●Submit daily reports of calls, meetings, and client updates.‬

●Work closely with operations and support teams for smooth execution.‬

●Keep management informed about competitor activities and market trends.‬

Required Skills & Qualifications‬

●

‬‭ Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (B2B preferred).‬

●Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.‬

●Ability to achieve targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment.‬

●Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.‬

●Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.‬

●Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region.‬
