IT Sales Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive who can connect with customers, understand their business needs, and provide suitable software and service solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining services, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers and clients to understand their business requirements. Inform customers about company products, software, and services. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions. Perform cold calling to generate leads and fix appointments. Follow up with potential customers regularly. Arrange and attend client meetings and product demonstrations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and negotiation ability. Confidence in meeting and interacting with customers. Ability to understand customer requirements quickly. Basic knowledge of software, IT services, or digital products. Ability to perform field visits and client follow-ups.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience:

0–2 years of sales or customer handling experience preferred.
