About The Opportunity At Medico Hub

Medico Hub places clinicians into on-site RMO roles across hospital ICUs and high-dependency units. This on-site position is ideal for MBBS or BAMS doctors with hands-on ICU exposure who want to consolidate critical care skills, manage acute patients, and work within multidisciplinary teams under intensivist supervision.

Role & Responsibilities

Provide direct on-site monitoring and day/night shift medical management of critically ill patients in the ICU, implementing consultant-directed care plans.

Perform airway management and endotracheal intubation; initiate and titrate mechanical ventilation and ventilator weaning protocols as directed.

Insert and manage invasive lines including central venous catheters and arterial lines; perform arterial blood sampling and interpret ABGs.

Respond to acute deterioration and cardiac arrests as a resuscitation team member; lead initial ACLS interventions until senior escalation.
