Job Summary
A Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product features, and ensuring excellent customer service to increase showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, weight, and pricing.
• Maintain attractive display of jewellery in the showroom.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
• Assist customers during billing and purchase process.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions.
• Keep updated with new jewellery collections, trends, and designs.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of jewellery items.
• Support promotional activities and showroom events.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance in the showroom.
Required Skills

Qualification
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
• 2–3 years experience in jewellery or retail sales preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
