Jr. Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support our HR operations. The role involves handling employee documentation, onboarding, and maintaining HR records.

**Job Title:** Junior HR Executive (Fresher)
**Location:** Raipur, Chhattisgarh
**Job Type:** Full-time

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records
• Handle onboarding process (document collection, verification, joining formalities)
• Maintain and update employee data in Excel/HR systems
• Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and basic presentations
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative tasks
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities

**Eligibility Criteria:**

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of HR processes is preferred

**Mandatory Skills (Strict Requirement):**

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting)
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
• Good documentation and organizational skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
